Uploaded PDFs use entitlement-bound private Vercel Blob storage. They are deleted immediately after a comparison attempt; abandoned uploads are automatically removed within 24 hours. PDFs are sent to OpenAI's API for extraction, where default provider retention can last up to 30 days. API data is not used for model training by default.

The service does not retain extracted fields, report bodies, or CSV files. It keeps limited payment, entitlement, outcome, token-use, refund, and cost metadata. Payment data remains with Stripe.
