Important privacy and use boundary. PDFs use private Vercel storage during processing and are deleted after the run; abandoned uploads are removed within 24 hours. They are then sent to OpenAI's API for extraction. API data is not used for model training by default, but default provider retention can last up to 30 days. Do not upload regulated or highly sensitive data. Verify both source POs before acting.
